Nous recherchons un ingénieur de projet pour soutenir plusieurs projets de modernisation et d'intégration sur la plateforme d'hélicoptères. Ce rôle implique la gestion de jusqu'à 12 projets simultanés couvrant l'avionique, les communications, les systèmes de mission et l'équipement de sécurité critique.
Responsabilités
- Diriger des projets d'ingénierie impliquant des mises à niveau avioniques, des radios, de nouveaux équipements de mission, des affichages, des systèmes de vision nocturne, des récepteurs d'alerte laser et des composants de guerre électronique.
- Gérer les problèmes d'obsolescence et les initiatives de remplacement de systèmes.
- Collaborer avec des fournisseurs mondiaux aux États-Unis, en France et en Israël sur les activités d'acquisition et d'intégration de systèmes.
- Participer à et diriger des revues de conception, en veillant à l'alignement avec l'intention d'ingénierie, les exigences de certification et les besoins opérationnels.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie mécanique, avionique et systèmes, ainsi qu'avec les parties prenantes militaires et internes.
- Coordonner les exigences, poser les bonnes questions techniques et assurer une documentation et un enregistrement appropriés tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
- Fournir un leadership, faire preuve d'agilité et communiquer efficacement avec plusieurs parties prenantes.
Compétences Essentielles
- 3+ ans d'expérience en tant qu'ingénieur de projet ou chef de projet dans l'industrie aérospatiale
- 3+ ans d'expérience dans les revues de conception
- 3 ans d'expérience en interaction avec les fournisseurs
- Expérience avec les systèmes avioniques, l'intégration, le dépannage, l'ingénierie des systèmes, la conception mécanique
Compétences Supplémentaires & qualifications
- Forte capacité de coordination de projet et aptitude à gérer plusieurs projets techniques simultanément.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, esprit de leadership et résolution de problèmes.
- Expérience avec Primavera
Environnement De Travail
Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein nécessitant une présence sur site 5 jours par semaine, pour un total de 40 heures. L'équipe a la possibilité de travailler 9 heures par jour et de prendre congé tous les deux vendredis. Les heures de travail principales sont de 9h00 à 14h30, offrant une flexibilité pour le trafic ou les rendez-vous.

We are seeking a Project Engineer to support multiple modernization and integration projects on the helicopter platform. This role involves managing up to 12 concurrent projects across avionics, communications, mission systems, and safety-critical equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects involving avionics upgrades, radios, new mission equipment, displays, night-vision systems, laser warning receivers, and electronic warfare components.
- Manage obsolescence issues and system replacement initiatives.
- Collaborate with global suppliers across the U.S., France, and Israel on system acquisition and integration activities.
- Participate in and lead design reviews, ensuring alignment with engineering intent, certification requirements, and operational needs.
- Work closely with mechanical, avionics, and systems engineering teams, as well as military and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate requirements, ask the right technical questions, and ensure proper documentation and logging throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership, demonstrate agility, and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years working as a project engineer or project manager in the aerospace industry
- 3+ years experience working on design reviews
- 3 years of experience interacting with suppliers
- Experience with avionics systems, integration, troubleshooting, systems engineering, mechanical design
Additional Skills and Qualifications
- Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Primavera
Work Environment
This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence for 5 days a week, with a total of 40 hours. The team has the option to work 9 hours a day and take every second Friday off. Core working hours are from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, offering flexibility for traffic or appointments.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
